In depth
Verdict
Astral Prince is selected to follow up his Sedgefield victory, with Miss Wizadora, Shellin Hill and Karo de Vindecy seen as three potential dangers. This class F contest should not take much winning with quite a few of these out of form at present, Astral Prince may be the one to make all here. Similar tactics gained the day at Sedgefield 11 days ago, when he lined up fit from the Flat, and it would be no surprise were he to defy his rise in the weights. Miss Wizadora's jumping let her down when second to River Trix at Plumpton but she has winning form at a low level and makes some appeal for a place. Shellin Hill was a bit fortunate to beat Native Eire at Fakenham as the latter did not get the best of rides, and he has since been put in his place at Southwell. He should appreciate the step up in trip at least though and is another that will be staying on. Karo de Vindecy, an early faller at Fakenham, may be involved if getting his act together, but in a weak affair, Astral Prince is the pick.
