Verdict
There are several frustrating types in this but Chasma isn’t one of them. He won over further at Newton Abbot before coming up against a rejuvenated Anteros at Bangor and was successful on good to soft at Newcastle last season. But this could turn into a slog and that will suit IRISH OCTAVE, who takes a while to find top gear but beat a subsequent winner by 10 lengths at Uttoxeter in May and likes it here. For Good Measure had every chance again when second here nine days ago and remains winless over fences while Dentley De Mee is 0-7 over the larger obstacles. Molly Childers is back on a winning mark but may need this first run since April and wears cheekpieces for the first time. Belmount is now tried in a visor but he seems to have lost his confidence.
