In depth
Verdict
Another wide open affair with not much public form to go on but the TEAMtalk selection is Mylo he has the benefit of experience over hurdles and was a fair fourth on his last run behind Formal Bid who has won again since. Cho Plou would be hard to beat on his second behind Sud Bleu but he has since disappointed at Ludlow. Dollar Law was a fair fourth behind Translucid on his hurdling debut and is sure to have learnt from the experience. King Of Barbury was third behind the highly regarded The Biker on his latest run doing all his best work at the finish and he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Bakiri is a well bred gelding but he will need to improve a great deal on what he showed on his debut at Newcastle to score. Port Moresby was a fair handicapper on the flat and if his stamina lasts out he could go well at a big price. Of the others Spring Pursuit also showed a modicum of ability on his debut and is sure to have improved. Dumaran was well fancied on his debut but he was let down by his hurdling.
