Verdict
A small but competitive field go to post for this handicap chase and the TEAMtalk selection is Devon View. The gelding from the Paul Nicholls yard won well at Chepstow when defeating Asparagus and although he has gone up in the weights he will be hard to beat under similar conditions. Duchamp rates the main danger he was a good second behind Hurricane Lamp at Kempton last time out and this shorter trip may suit this free running sort. Ritual won well at Folkestone when defeating Ivanoph but this looks more competitive and he may struggle under his penalty. Coral Island is a course and distance winner who will go on the ground but he has been let down by his jumping of late. Shampooed loves it around here but she has two ways of running while Michigan Blue looks out of form at present.
