In depth
Verdict
Major Attraction is six pounds higher than for his latest win but is still capable of going well in this company and gets the vote. The rest are a bit of a mixed bag. Of them, Ben Kenobi comes here on the back of a course maiden run, and may be capable of better. Field Spark could go well, having proven consistent of late, while Prince Dmitri, from the Martin Pipe yard, has to be respected. Waverley Road is certainly well-handicapped at best and is entitled to go well. My Maite, perked up by cheekpieces last time, is another that has to go onto the shortlist, but Major Attraction gets the nomination.
