In depth

Verdict

Though 0-10 over hurdles, GUGUSS COLLONGES was second off this mark at Stratford earlier in the campaign and has won over fences. Waterloo Quay has been getting closer and Imperial Alex may do better now handicapping, though his long-term future probably lies over fences. Catterick winner Dime Store Cowgirl is open to further improvement and is the stable selection with Mole Court worth a second look from an in-form yard.
