Verdict
Angaric, Billy Bling and Bathwick Alice catch the eye in the finale and the vote is given to Angaric. The selection won well last time when beating Beowulf at Musselburgh. He did not look entirely at home on that course and the return to this left-handed track will certainly be in his favour. Billy Bling was disappointing last time but he hails from a top yard and with the step-up in trip likely to suit he is one to note in the market. Bathwick Alice also disappointed last time but she is closely-matched with Billy Bling from a previous run at Lingfield last month. Secret Assassin is game and consistent and might be capable of getting into the places, but for the winner we will stick with Angaric.
