In depth
Verdict
First time visors may not be the answer to either Coursing Run or Wonder Weasel and preference is for recent Towcester scorer Bob's The Business, who is less exposed than his rivals. The selection made a winning start to his career under rules when landing an admittedly weak contest last month but this former point-to-point winner is open to plenty of improvement, looks well treated for his debut in handicap company and should appreciate the stiffer test of stamina today. Commanche Jim lost no caste in defeat behind Count Campioni at Chepstow last time and should be thereabouts again, while former hunter chaser Mr Dow Jones still looks well enough treated to take a hand. It will be a surprise if the 15-year-old Random Harvest is good enough to win this and more solid claims are held by Midnight Gunner, who has had a light campaign this term but the vote goes to Bob's The Business.
