Verdict

Potters Corner, last season’s Welsh Grand National winner, has only run once this term and is better known as a chaser but he has won three times over hurdles and is potentially well treated. TOBEFAIR is the senior runner in this but still very capable in this grade and he’s back on a winning mark having failed to take to fences at Hereford. Flemcara was a comfortable winner at Doncaster but is 5lb higher while Come On Teddy has gone up 7lb for his Cheltenham victory, though the second has run well again since. Ardlethen may be having a confidence-booster but a back-to-form Imperial Alcazar would be a threat to all. Saint Dalina has been going well in lesser company but held by Mr Harp on the form book while stamina might be an issue again for Espion.
