Verdict

FLAMING CHARMER is a useful performer on heavy ground, as he showed in a better race at Wincanton last month. Colin Tizzard's charge has been raised 6lb for that but that shouldn't prevent him giving weight to today's three rivals. Last Shot has tumbled down the weights but has yet to show any improvement for it and this trip is beyond his best. Frontier Spirit, meanwhile, seems to be suffering from a lack of confidence. Morning Reggie is still a maiden over fences and not getting any closer to breaking his duck.
