Verdict
Tiber Tiger can atone for a modest run at Newmarket although Prince Of Gold and Adobe are sure to be popular. Nick Littmoden's charge had previously showed decent form this term so his recent blip will have been a surprise to many. With a little rain forecast over the weekend, his chances will improve significantly for any that stays in the surface and we will seek not to oppose. Prince Of Gold has the services of Richard Hughes. A winner over seven furlongs, he is stepped up to eight furlongs today and has only been raised 4lb on the basis of that effort. Adobe has been frustrating to follow of late and while he is still lower than his last winning mark, its fair to say that he appears to have one or two ideas about the game. Zafarshah looks as if needing a mile these days while Balerno would be of interest if he can reproduce his polytrack efforts at Lingfield. We shall forgive one poor run at Newmarket and side with the likeable Tiber Tiger.
