Patience is wearing thin with the talented-but-unreliable Highland Lodge but he can't get much lower in the weights and has gone well fresh in the past. Belmount can only improve on a debut win over fences at Ludlow but Garrahalish had problems with his jumping in the second half of last season and Dursey Sound was well beaten when favourite at Cartmel last month. There are possibilities about Allthekingshorses, however, as he won over a longer trip here in the spring. KILBREE KID (NAP) was surprisingly beaten by Maggio at Perth in July when chasing a hat-trick. He's been raised another 4lb since but Tom George still holds him in high regard and he could be worth another chance.
