In depth
Verdict
Voyageofdiscovery was only beaten a nose by Mr Bossy Boots over this trip at Lingfield in February and has every chance of going one better here. Pipe Dream made a promising debut at Newbury in September but then ran a shocker at Leicester and has a bit to prove now. Crafty Exit's run at Newmarket in the autumn gave promise of better to come but OLD GUARD, who is a half-brother to smart miler Thistle Bird among others, is Roger Charlton's only runner here today and isn't highly tried on debut. It will be a surprise if he's not in the firing-line.
