In depth
Verdict
Tanrudy ran well at Worcester earlier but finished a long way behind the winner at Market Rasen last time. A couple of these were still going well when unseating on their latest starts. Belmont Park was in the lead at Huntington when parting company with his rider but PHOENIX ROCK is preferred. The latter had moved smoothly into contention when blundering three out over track and trip last time and should go very close with a clear round given Connor Brace can utilise his 5lb claim today. Definately Vinnie was a well beaten second in the selection’s race here and Richard Johnson was on board The Manuscript when the latter finished tailed off at Uttoxeter.
