In depth
Verdict
High Aspirations was in good form in the spring and is adaptable as to distance, though usually needs a run. Foundation Man and King's Song are out of sorts while The Snappy Poet was well beaten on his chasing bow. Arctic Ben isn't getting any younger but BRICE CANYON is only five and the winning pointer, a useful hurdler in France a couple of years ago, only found one too good on his debut over fences under Rules at Fontwell – he looks well treated on his first run in a handicap. Charlie Mon was second in a small race over 2m at Worcester last month but that form should be taken with a pinch of salt as he had shown nothing previously.
