Verdict

NORTH STAR OSCAR has been on the go for a while but probably produced a new career-best when getting back to winning ways at Worcester. He has 8lb more to carry here but Harry Teal claims 3lb and a follow-up may be on the cards. Ballyfarsoon made all at Aintree in June but didn’t run to that form at Market Rasen a week later and has had a break since. Rubytwo hasn’t raced since May but has started favourite in three of her seven runs over hurdles and she hails from the yard that won this in 2017. Passam is also still a maiden but was placed twice at Taunton at the start of the year.
