In depth

Verdict

May’s Southwell winner Oski was well beaten on his reappearance and again carries a penalty. Bordeaux Bill, Espoir De Teillee and Hogan's Height have all shown ability between the flags but this is a different test. Eskendash has only found one too good at Worcester and Doncaster and will be hoping to make it third-time lucky stepping up to 2m while Yellow Admiral is a son of Street Cry so should be short of pace. UNCLE ALASTAIR is by top NH sire Midnight Legend and a half-brother to Movie Legend, who has been placed over hurdles and fences. Nicky Richards’ newcomer will know his job and can make a winning debut.
