Verdict

David Pipe has two entries including MAIN FACT, the winner of 12 of 29 career starts including a Haydock Grade 3 in November when Ask Dillon was almost six lengths behind. Ramses De Teillee also represents the yard and he landed a Grade 3 over fences in November and a Grade 2 novices' hurdle at Haydock a year ago. Ballyoptic won the Charlie Hall here in 2019 but hasn't run over hurdles since 2017 but Decor Irlandais always does well in his UK raids having won three times here for Noel Kelly and at Killarney when last seen in August. Itchy Feet is also a smart chaser having won the Grade 1 Scilly Isles at Sandown a year ago while Portrush Ted battled on strongly to land a Pertemps qualifier on the latter track before finding Grade 1 company beyond him at Ascot. On The Blind Side has been in excellent form all winter, scoring at Cheltenham and beating Lil Rockerfeller at Market Rasen last time. Lake View Lad, who won a Grade 2 chase at Aintree in December, is also engaged in the Cotswolds Chase at Sandown.
