In depth

Verdict

Spice Of Life has looked one-paced in her two runs to date and though Stormin Norman has won a bumper, he may find some of the three-year-olds too strong over this shorter trip. GOLD STICK was slowly away and than ran green when fifth over a mile at Newbury but The Queen’s colt is bred for this trip and will know more today. There are three of Pivotal’s offspring having a first run in this and Stone Mason may prove the pick of those ahead of the selection’s stablemate Swift Wing and Classic Design.
