Verdict

MOUNTAIN HIKER has fallen rather a long way from being a pretty useful staying handicapper on the Flat for Jeremy Noseda and clearly does not have the same relish for the jumping game. He's obviously limited over timber but a recent third at Perth still affords him respectable claims here as he gets the trip and may just plug on well enough to land the spoils. Wee Giant is interesting now back with Tony Coyle for whom he landed a Leicester seller last November whilst Landenstown Star didn't go at all badly when fourth at Fakenham behind Hi Ho Silvia after a lengthy absence. Both could take a hand at their best, whilst Mr Bolt is the first of a major raiding party from Michael O'Hare's Irish yard.
