In depth
Verdict
Why The Big Paws, Manbow and Jimmy Bond are three against the field in another wide open affair and the narrow nomination is given to Manbow. The selection was a fair thuird behind Mandingo Chief last time out, that form has since been franked and off what looks a fair mark he looks a value bet. Why The Big Paws rates the main danger on his best form but he ran as if in the handicapers grip when fourth behind Bob's Buster last time. Jimmy Bond is another that could well on his best form but he has yet to win over a trip this far and he may just need the run after a 216 day abscence. Of the remainder Eskimo Pie is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but in a race where the market will be very important for the winner we return to Manbow.
