Verdict

Haafapiece is a course specialist but Sheriff Garrett is generally best at Hexham. THEREISNODOUBT has yet to win for current connections but was only beaten a neck over course and distance in February, with Foster'sisland third, when last racing off this mark and his yard is in good form. Onagatheringstorm is possibly best over 3m but was third over this trip at Cheltenham on his reappearance and Rafferty's Return was a useful novice last season. Iroko has been highly tried since arriving from France but the four-year-old faces no easy task on his handicap debut.
