In depth

Verdict

Florries Son was third in a class B Handicap behind Junkanoo last time out at Haydock. This represents a drop in class and although he is giving weight to all his rivals he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Capricorn was third behind Ballystone on his latest outing and a reproduction of that effort would give him definite place claims. But his best efforts have been on softer ground. Tipsy Mouse was in front of Capricorn in that race, and again there should not be much between them however they both need to improve to defeat Florries Son. Spider Music is from a yard that is beginning to hit top form and his best effort was his latest when third under similar conditions behind Sh Boom. Of the remainder Oneway was a fair fourth behind Hasty Prince last time and the step up in trip is sure to suit.
