In depth

Formwatch

Wemyss Quest Carries a penalty for his latest win at Market Rasen back in June, he should be good enough to carry it today and will run fresh.

Agincourt (IRE) Tailed off on hurdles debut; needs a big improvement to be in the frame today.

Far Glen (IRE) Better effort when finishing the race latest, but still beaten a long way and unlikely to be in the shake up today.

King of The Light Disqualified when winning the race last time, should run well after lengthy absence but likely to need the run; hurdle debut.

Left Bank (IRE) Finished fourth last time at Kelso; likely to appreciate drop back in distance; cannot be ignored and market best watched.

Little Docker (IRE) Comes off the flat with fairly moderate form, 16L beaten by King Priam at Redcar latest; best watched on hurdle debut.

Lord Token PU in the soft over 2m, could run better in these conditions but still others preferred.

Sir Ruscott (IRE) Comes from the Point to Point field with form which does not suggest he will win today, also a lengthy absence.

Sorrento King Finished third behind Caxton Star but well beaten, unknown over this trip but cannot be ignored.

Stormy Pass Makes his hurdles debut, but has been well beaten in his two bumper starts on GS and GF.

Sunday Rain (USA) First run for new trainer (was previously with Jonjo O'Neill) has been tried over hurdles and on the flat but no wins; PU in his only start over this trip.

Test of Loyalty PU in the heavy ground at Perth. Has run respectably in Point to Points and cannot readily be dismissed today in better conditions.

Wychnor King (IRE) Well beaten on his hurdles debut in January in similar conditions; others preferred.

Herself Was only beaten 4L by Pertempts Profile at Bangor in May. Some good placed form on softer ground over 2m last season. Likely to have matured and not readily dismissed today.

Supreme Bramble (IRE) Good placed form on softer ground in bumpers, ran latest on good at Kempton and well beaten but it was a much better contest. Returns here to go fresh on hurdles debut and interesting jockey booking.
