      Verdict

      Karatchi, Baron Windrush and Abzuson are three against the field in this novices hurdle and the confident vote goes to Karatchi . The selection won well on his debut when defeating Next To Nothing that race has since been franked and he is still entered at Cheltenham in April in a valuable novices event and he will be hard to beat as he is sure to improve. Baron Windrush rates the main danger he won well last time out when defeating Elvis Returns but this looks much more competitive and he has disappointed on soft ground before so is passed over on this occasion. Abzuson is another that has place claims but is not the most fluent of jumpers and will need to improve to beat the selection Karatchi.
