In depth

Verdict

MINELLA PRESENT is burdened by the usual 7lb penalty after opening his account at Chepstow last month. But he won doing handstands and Conor Shoemark's 5lb allowance makes his job that much easier. Star Lily failed to cope at Catterick when penalised for an earlier win over track and trip and Along Came Theo may improve past her after showing some promise on his debut at this course. Grande Antarctique and Doktor Glaz are others likely to improve with One Track Mind and Norse Of Corse newcomers to note.
