The second division of this maiden is only slightly more competitive. Catching Shadows landed a Musselburgh bumper in January and has shown some pace over longer trips than this in his two starts over hurdles so should find a spot on the podium. KALANITI also landed a bumper on the Edinburgh track and made a successful start over hurdles at Kelso where she showed real resolution despite looking in need of the experience. She should improve and have the edge over Swinton Diamond, who though last of three at Doncaster on his hurdling debut in March wasn't beaten far. Smart Boy may prove best of the remainder as he appeared to be going well enough when falling at Carlisle a couple of weeks ago.
