Devenish Island looked most promising when landing a couple of bumpers in the spring of 2013 but has failed to fire in two starts this year whilst former pointer Billy Two Tongues needs to improve on his hurdling debut when a well-beaten third at Uttoxeter. Bespoke Lady stayed 3m really well when scoring on her hurdling debut at Hexham and seems sure to be in the mix once more but we'll go with the maiden, PERFECT CANDIDATE. He's not been at all far away in some pretty decent contests over timber and this looks an easier assignment for the lightly-raced son of Winged Love with trip and ground fine.
