Verdict
Top Ville Ben seeks a fourth course victory and will guarantee a strong gallop, though might get taken on for the lead by Shan Blue who is also a confirmed front-runner. Clondaw Castle was easily put in his place by Cyrname’s stable companion Clan Des Obeaux in the Grade 1 Betfair Bowl at Aintree in April but last year’s winner has a bit prove now having pulled up the last twice. Mighty Thunder is likely to get outpaced over this trip and Kitty's Light also stays much further. FUSIL RAFFLES was no match for the much-vaunted Bravemansgame at Newton Abbot but was conceding 12lb. He gives the impression that he’ll stay 3m around here as he is a strong traveller.
