In depth

Verdict

After landing a Fairyhouse maiden in January, WHATCOULDHAVEBEEN performed at a high level with a second behind Ashroe Diamond in the Grade 1 Honeysuckle at Fairyhouse the highlight. A couple of recent runs on the Flat should have put her spot-on and she's a long way clear on official ratings. Winning bumper Belle The Lioness got off the mark over hurdles in a Thurles maiden and though she never showed when sent to Cheltenham for the Mares' Hurdle this should be more to her liking. Another bumper winner, Mollys Mango, didn't have much to beat at Thurles a couple of weeks ago but did it nicely and looks very progressive. Good As Hell has won over the course and distance but is better over fences these days while Double Pink's two victories have been over the minimum trip.
