In depth

Verdict

LOUGHNAGALL has had very little racing for his age and ended last season scoring over hurdles at Clonmel in September. He was having his first start since and making his debut over fences when a fine third to Bullock Harbour at Roscommon and with further progress likely he can take this. Carlowsantana has been alternating between hurdles and fences and hasn't quite got his act together over the bigger obstacles but Mayo Mystique's second to Headford Flyer over the C&D in April was an excellent run and she looks a threat. Annie Other was well supported at Tramore earlier this month and looked a danger to all when brought down at the second last so she's definitely on the short-list as is Mayday Frontier, who had the remainder well behind when runner-up to The Amarillo Kid at Tramore.
