Surin is likely to be a short price as she was placed in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown at the start of the year having won earlier at Fairyhouse. She didn’t do much wrong in a Listed race on her reappearance at Gowran but she has never encountered conditions as testing as these and could be vulnerable against progressive bumper winner UISCE SOLAS if Declan Queally’s charge takes an instant liking to hurdles.
