ANNIE MAGIC (NAP) had nine lengths to spare over Lime Avenue when scoring over track and trip then ran a fine race over shorter in an Exeter handicap when only headed close home. The latter will be 7lb better off but it doesn't look enough to reverse the form. Winning bumper Fairy Gem came good when sent over the trip for the first time at Hereford and has more to offer but Ffos Las winner Ilovethenightlife has never been anywhere near the trip. Phillapa Sue won well at Hereford before a poor effort at Kelso, which wasn't her form.
