Verdict

Celtic Art won three times on the Flat but was too keen on his hurdling debut at Kempton. Rock On Harry has won a point and a bumper but ran poorly over 2m4f at Uttoxeter. Mardoof wasn’t beaten far at the same track last month, however, and MULLINAREE ran well against two fancied rivals at Newcastle. That was the latter’s first run for new connections after a break so it will be a surprise if there isn’t improvement forthcoming. Big Jim Beam also has scope while Poncho has placed twice in bumpers, though is Flat bred.
