In depth

Verdict

MULTICULTURE followed up a debut victory in a conditionals’ race at Uttoxeter with a fair third behind Cheltenham hopeful High Bridge at Newbury, where he wasn’t unfancied. This contest is of much lower quality and, as Philip Hobbs’ Irish import has no penalty, he is impossible to oppose. Virginia Chick hinted at ability in an Exeter bumper so should be vying for the places with Flat converts With Pleasure and Captain George.
