        Verdict

        Paul Nicholls has an enviable record at this track and sends out another interesting runner here in the shape of Jupon Vert. Nicholls has been supremely patient with the French-bred and gave him a deliberately restricted campaign last season. However, he may have to wait just a little longer to reap the rewards of his labours if The Hearty Joker can build on his recent chasing debut effort. He hails from a stable in fair form and should provide Jupon Vert with another stiff test over British fences. Windy Valley appeals as an each way shot out of the rest.
