      Verdict

      Another small but competitive field go to post for this intriguing hurdle and Rhinestone Cowboy is taken to maintain his unbeaten record over hurdles. He has never come off the bridle in all his runs so far and he easily defeated Always Rainbows last time. This represents his hardest task so far but this imposing gelding is expected to pass the test with flying colours. Hors La Loi iii is the reining champion hurdler but he has been disappointing so far this season. He was well behind Intersky Falcon last time and although he should be better on this faster ground he is a better horse in the spring. Thisthatandtother won the Tolworth Hurdle in good style last time out when defeating Puntal but he needs to improve again to trouble the principals. Eternal Spring looks James Fanshaws second string on jockey bookings and he is better on softer ground. Wahiba Sands is better known as a chaser these days and he may have lost some speed. The remainder will be outclassed.
