In depth
Verdict
Another wide open affair in which the market may well prove the best guide. High Rocker is from the powerful Martin Pipe yard which has a good strike rate in these events this year, he is sure to know his job and he will be hard to beat. Brankley Boy is also from a top yard but his pedigree is full of stamina and he may be better over further. Beechwood has experience on his side and he has shown enough in both runs to suggest he can win a race of this nature. Rodolfo has won both his bumpers in good style but he may struggle under his double penalty against some useful sorts. Eljay's Boy is also from a top yard and is related to flat winners so he is worth a look in the market. Of the remainder Kingsfold Freddie was a fair third last time but he needs to improve on that effort to score.
