Verdict

Master Papa was gifted this after the last fence fall of the challenging Mythical King, though that is not to say he would not have won anyway. Both were travelling strongly at the time, but the faller just clipped the top, slid on landing and gave Graham Lee no chance of staying in the plate. Master Papa is a consistent sort who jumped well and can go on to add to his tally. Supreme Tadgh would probably prefer softer ground to be seen to best effect, but just hung on in a driving finish for the minors with Gigs Bounty. Mambo Des Mottes held every chance three out but did not appear to get home.
