CUBSWIN will handle the quick ground and was just caught at Fontwell earlier this month. This slight drop in distance should suit, though she has been raised a couple of pounds. The four-year-old Eragon De Chanay has a touch of class but the weight to match and may find conditions too fast on his reappearance. Lovato just beat Red Hot Chilly but is only a pound worse off and less exposed so goes on the short-list along with the returning Cabernet D'Alene and Volpone Jelois, who is fit from the Flat. Shufoog won at Warwick earlier this month and over course and distance in May but is upped in grade today.
