Glanvilles Guest won over this trip at Newton Abbot in June but remains 11lb higher and found nothing when push came to shove back in novice company at Worcester last week. Mr Fickle was put up 8lb for winning at Fontwell in August and has since run a shocker on the Flat. SILVER SEA (NAP) is making steady progress over timber and holds Glanvilles Guest on the form book. He still has a bit of scope and can open his account today now he’s proved his stamina. Vexillum is on a long losing run but a pound lower than when last successful over timber with Cahill possibly best of the rest.
