In depth

Verdict

Course and distance winner Mon Chevalier looks on a potentially decent mark but an absence of 230 days is a concern. He does get on really well with Michael Nolan though and is one to keep on the right side here. Miss Tenacious has taken well to fences and looks like developing into a consistent handicap chaser but the nod goes to CRUISE IN STYLE who travelled really well in the decent Taunton handicap hurdle last time won by Brinestine before fading on the run-in to come home a respectable fourth. He reverts to fences now, goes well for James Best and will be well suited by prevailing conditions. Violets Boy and Old Tricks both make some each-way appeal in a rather trappy handicap chase.
