In depth

Verdict

A couple of these stand out. BLU CAVALIER has every chance on these terms and has been thereabouts of late. He finished fourth in a tougher maiden hurdle than this at Chepstow last month. Cloudy Glen posted his best so far when second at Warwick and has decent claims with any further progress but the rest are harder to fancy. Black Anthem has lost his way since last summer’s placed effort at Newton Abbot while Dont Be Robin was still beaten a long way when third at Taunton on his penultimate outing.
