A difficult getting out stakes and Mythical Charm is narrowly preferred to Magic Warrior and Taranaki. Mythical Charm is plenty exposed these days but her heart is in the right place and there was no disgrace in finishing behind Bold Diktator and Grizedale at Lingfield Park. Banded stakes graduate, Magic Warrior looks to have struck up a decent rapport with Pat Dobbs and the partnership have performed admirably on both the turf and the all-weather. A recent winner at Leicester, a strong pace is required for her optimum performance. Taranaki needs no introduction to regular followers of the racing game. Eight furlongs might be a little too far for the veteran and with a record that has not seen a win since 2004, there are likely to be others preferred. Deeper In Debt is gradually heading back to some semblance of form and with Jon Akehurst's stable back among the places, a cursory inspection of the market is advised. Rowan Warning has ability but is still chasing a maiden success after many opportunities. Having considered the alternatives, Mythical Charm gets the nod.
