        Verdict

        What A Welcome completed a four-timer when well backed at Sandown but another 8lb rise could bring his winning run to an end. CHANCE TO DREAM has already won twice here. He’s 4lb higher than when successful over track and trip in April but Jamie Spencer keeps faith with John Best’s gelding. Tiar Na Nog has each-ways claims off bottom weight and Zamperini was second three times last year, though hasn’t won in almost two years and prefers easier ground. Nazzaa started out with John Gosden and hasn’t had much racing. His fourth at Nottingham suggests there are races to be won at a modest level.
