Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Sterling Work was beaten less than a length when tackling handicap company for the first time at Newmarket but a 6lb rise seems harsh. START TIME (NAP) confirmed earlier promise when winning his maiden at Thirsk with the proverbial ton in hand. He should be even more effective over this extra furlong and will be hard to beat. Salisbury runner-up Dream Of Summer is gradually getting there while Academy House has been quite highly tried since winning at Leicester in June, though may lack a bit of scope now and Indrapura and Triassic are in danger of becoming disappointing.
