      Verdict

Mr Cellophane is one of the more consisent runners in the line up and he gets the verdict ahead of High Ridge and Adantino. In his last nine runs the furthest Mr Cellphane has been beaten is three and a quarter lengths, such is the reliability of this four-year-old. He ran another solid race last time out when runner up to Divinsky and a repeat of that effort could be good enough this afternoon. The ones that have raced this season have been a little disappointing and so High Ridge could be the main threat. This one ended last campaign with a close up third behind Woodnook and if starting the season in the same vein he could prove hard to beat. Adantino ran well last time after the handicapper relented slightly, however he has been put up another pound for today and a place may be the best he can hope for. The others are hard to fancy this afternoon and so this may not be too difficult a task for Mr Cellophane.
