Verdict

DEBATING SOCIETY proved no match for debutant Falcon Flight over this trip on his reappearance at Yarmouth but Sir Michael Stoute's colt is 14lb better off here, taking into account the overweight Ryan Moore put up at the seaside track and, on this much softer surface, is fancied to have his revenge and land this. Valley Of Destiny got off the mark at Epsom last month and is improving, while Moment In Time was successful in a Lingfield maiden. Fire Ship and Takeitfromalady haven't raced this year but both won on their final appearance in 2011 and neither can be discounted as they are both proven on an easy surface.
