      Verdict

Summer Recluse has been in flying form for Milton Bradley and he just edges out Adantino and Raccoon in the finale. Several others are in there with chances to ensure that this is a stiff test and any support for Star Duster and Cerulean Rose at fancy odds should not be dismissed too quickly. Raccoon has not been at his best this season having reached a mark of 90 when at his best. The handicapper has now given his a live chance and he is fancied to make his presence felt. Adantino is a tough performer that has been a credit to his connections. He is hard to win with though and needs everything to drop just right for him. Another to bear in mind is Rampage, who looked a useful type on her solitary start to date. William Haggas has a great record with his fillies, so; again the market will be a good guide where this daughter of Pivotal is concerned. However, she lacks the experience held by Summer Recluse, who has been a revelation of late. Nelson De Souza takes 3lb off her back and, with a good draw in stall 10; everything is in place for a big run from the selection whilst he is at the top of his game.
