Plenty of these arrive with a shout but a couple also have form in soft ground. Lady Marl is one and she scored over track and trip back in May but is 8lb higher today. The other is SWEET MARTONI, who is 6lb higher than her earlier course and distance win but went close at Haydock last time off a similar mark. Sensible Way has plenty of scope if forgiven a poor effort at Newmarket, Grevillea is a course and distance winner in decent form while Cornish Path went close here in August. But Jersey Brown is harder to fancy stepping up in class after winning at Ayr.
